THE BLOODY SWEET HIT

Winter and a bitter cold wind tears at the ice blue surface of a barren public swimming pool somewhere in suburban Melbourne. Lifeguards Dylan and Jason endure yet another slow, boring day on duty and if not for the annoying presence of Lindsay, a solitary lap swimmer, they could return inside to their hot coffees and game of chess. Suddenly the tedium is broken by a scream.
