Terrific Tuesday – Whats on today + highlights of Wonderful Wednesday!

HIGHLIGHTS OF TERRIFIC TUESDAY

Today at Flickerfest, let the inner kid out with our FlickerKids programme at 2PM a delightful and entertaining programme of shorts for families that will appeal to the kid in everyone.

Then catch some amazing international films at Best Of International 4 at 6:30PM, which will feature the Sundance Best Short Film Aziza and Talk starring William Baldwin.

At 8:45 our Australian Jury will be back in house to make the tough decisions when Best of Australian 6 programme premieres with highlights including the Cate Blanchett narrated Sweet Tooth and Aussie actor Geoff Morrell stars in the moving A Day In Your Life.

Come on down and meet our passionate Australian filmmakers who will introduce their film before each session.

COMING UP- WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY AT FLiCKERFEST!!!

Tomorrow we have another wonderful programme of shorts all in competition for our big prizes at the festival.

It all kicks off at 6:30pm, when our esteemed International Jury will be back in house with our Best of International 5 programme which features The Neighbours Window which is nominated for an Oscar From Writer/Director Marshall Curry and one of our festival directors favourites Are You Hungry? a crazy comedy from Finnish director Teemu Niukkanen which is also selected for Sundance.

Then at 8:45pm our Australian jury are making the tough decisions with Best of Australian 7 which features the World Premiere of Trapped from Writer/Director Tony Bosch which will world premiere after 26 years in production starring Mark Lee from Gallipoli and don’t miss Backpedal from Writer/Director Dani Pearce, the only Australian short selected to screen at Sundance.
