A beautiful sparkling current. In its depths live peacefully the freshwater crab brothers Kanini and Kanino. One stormy day, the younger brother Kanino is almost carried away in the river. His father rushes to save him, and just as Kanino succeeds, a big air bubble carries Father far, far down the river.
