Flickerfest 2020 Wrap + 2020 Winners & National Tour!
FESTIVAL WRAP UP #FLiCKERFEST2020
Its been an electrifying week of incredible films, great audiences and super talented filmmakers sharing their stories at Flickerfest 2020 with 37 International shorts and 64 Australian films vying for top honours at the BAFTA and Academy Accredited competition. This year at the festival we also had our inaugural ASEAN region competition which celebrated filmmakers from the ASEAN region and our Award for Best Rainbow Short. With over 3,500 entries submitted for this year’s festival this was a record breaking year for entries.

#FLiCKERFEST2020 Hits The Road – 50 Venue National Tour!
While the screenings at Bondi might be finished, the show is not over as Flickerfest hits the road for a national tour to 50 venues around Australia from January to the end of May. Come to see some of the best short films the world has to offer in some of Australia’s most iconic locations. Starting in the beautiful Mullumbimby Civic Hall on the 30th Jan which includes the Byron All Shorts Competition.
